When booking, please select your Date of Rental and the Date AFTER your rental ends.  
Do NOT adjust the "1 Day" dropdown, only the dates.
You will be charged the $300 for daily rental as well as the $200 refundable deposit.

Full day rental fee of $300.00 is due at the time of booking.

Damage deposit fee of $200.00 is due when key is picked up.

Kitchen is included with all rentals.

The reservation is not complete until the user/renter has booked and paid the rental fee online or given payment to the Russiaville Clerk Treasurer at the Town Hall.

- Deposit may be refunded if there are no damages, all restrictions and rules have been followed, and Community Center has been left clean to the Town’s specifications.  Any extra expenses incurred for additional cleaning or repairs will be deducted from the deposit.  The user/renter will be personally responsible for the cost of repair of any damage over and above that covered by the damage deposit.
 

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE CLERK-TREASURER TO PICK UP THE KEY AT THE TOWN HALL.  The phone # is 765-883-5739. We are not responsible if you show up without calling and no one is there to get your key.  Keys are to be returned in the “payment drop box” at the Russiaville Town Hall immediately following the event.  Failure to return the key will result in a loss of your damage deposit.  User/Renter may pick up the key prior to the rental time, however, user/renter agrees NOT to occupy the premises outside of the scheduled date of the event.  If we find out you do, this could result in a loss of your damage deposit.
 

Cancelation Policy

The Town of Russiaville will give a full refund of the amount paid, if the event is canceled 1 (one) week in advance.  If the event is canceled within 48 hours of the reserved date, only the damage deposit, if paid at that time, will be refunded. If you fail to cancel your event, there will be no refund.
