Full day rental fee of $200.00 is due at the time of booking.

Damage deposit fee of $200.00 is due when key is picked up.

Kitchen is included with all rentals.

The reservation is not complete until the user/renter has booked and paid the rental fee online or given payment to the Russiaville Clerk Treasurer at the Town Hall.

Make checks payable to Town of Russiaville.

Deposit may be refunded if there are no damages, all restrictions and rules have been followed, and Community Center has been left clean to the Town’s/Park Board’s specifications.  Any extra expenses incurred for additional cleaning or repairs will be deducted from the deposit.  The user/renter will be personally responsible for the cost of repair of any damage over and above that covered by the damage deposit.  

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE CLERK-TREASURER AT THE TOWN HALL TO PICK UP YOUR KEY. The phone # is 765-883-5739. We are not responsible if you show up without calling and no one is there to get your key. Keys are to be returned in the “payment drop slot” at the Russiaville Town Hall immediately following the event. Failure to return the key will result in a loss of your damage deposit. User/renter may pick up the key prior to the rental time, however, user/renter agrees NOT to occupy the premises outside of the scheduled date of the event. If we find out you do, this could result in a loss of your damage deposit.

Cancelation Policy The Town of Russiaville will give a full refund if the event is canceled 1 (one) week in advance. If the event is canceled within 48 hours of the reserved date, only the damage deposit (if paid) will be refunded. If the damage deposit is not paid at this time, it will be due upon cancellation.
